I am confident using photoshop - but there are several areas I am still unfamiliar with. I learn as I work.
HTML/CSS

I am very comfortable using HTML and CSS to build websites. I have a lot of knowledge about how they are used and can work to a high standard when using them.
Adobe XD
Intermediate
The design of an app or website is something I am less comfortable with. I am able to design a professional looking application or website - but I tend to focus more on the functionality rather than design.

Adobe Illustrator
I am very comfortable using this software for all my design needs. I am very capable of creating any kinds of designs - I feel I specialise in logo design when it comes to using illustrator.
Adobe Premiere Pro
I have been using Premiere Pro for over 8 years and I am very comfortable with all aspects of the software. I am able to manipulate pieces of film and edit them to my or a clients preference with ease.
A-Frame
Althought I am extremely confident using A-Frame, I am aware I still have quite a lot to learn, which I am doing as I continue forward in my development of my ongoing projects.
Personal
I have a very positive approach to new tasks - I never say 'I can't' until I've tried. I work very well in a team and tend to enjoy taking on a leadership role as I am very organized and like to ensure every team member has an equal part to play in a project. I am confident, I love to meet new people and can adapt to any situation I am placed in.
Previous Roles
Hairdressers Assistant from 2011-2012. This involved meeting clients, making them feel comfortable and answering phone calls & taking bookings. It was a fast-paced environment when busy and involved thinking on my feet to decide what needs doing first.

Shop Assistant 2007 - 2009
This was voluntary work, as the shop in question was my grandfather's. I dealt with customers and assisted in taking stock and writing order forms in order to replenish stock. This was a role that first pushed me into customer service - and gave me my ability to change my customer service 'face' depending on who the customer or client is.
